Overview

The Kandias Boat Parking app was built to streamline communication between customers and the business through a structured service-request workflow. Users can create an account, browse available services, submit requests directly from the app, and monitor each request as it progresses through status updates and responses from the business. On the operational side, a dedicated web admin panel allows staff to review and manage incoming requests efficiently, ensuring faster handling and clearer communication across the full process. Client has discontinued the project and the app is no longer available on the Play Store

My Role

As the lead developer on the Kandias Boat Parking project, I was responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the platform across mobile and web admin environments. The UI/UX was provided by a designer in Figma, and I implemented those designs in the Flutter application for Android and iOS. I also implemented the API integration layer for request creation and status tracking, and built the admin-side workflows used by staff to process user requests. I collaborated with client to define functional requirements and deliver a reliable request-management flow from submission to resolution.
